I doubt she'll ever testify. She can claim dementia, because she really has it. If she can't come up with something to get her out of it, and it looks like she'll be hauled in to testify, she'll likely get Arkancided. There are a whole lot of ruthless people who don't want the truth coming out, and it would be awfully easy to connect her with some coronavirus, and have her resulting death or near-complete disability dismissed as just a normal case of an elderly and infirm person succumbing to the virus.
