Excellent. Her appeal has no reasonable basis. If it works anyway, that would be a pretty screwed up Appeals Court. Hillary is scared to death. She has never been grilled where the fix was not in somehow, not even the Benghazi Congress testimony. She simply is not smart or trained enough to give non-damaging answers. And there is the perjury trap. Anything she says, Tom can bring three witnesses to say she's lying. Finally, her only possible defense is that she was too stupid to understand that running the SecState email through a home brew server instead of the super secure gov't net was a violation of the Espionage Act (and stupidity isn't an excuse in that particular law though a jury might see it that way.)
'Too stupid to prosecute' might work legally but is a hell of a campaign slogan.
Loved reading it, but wont makes you think the fix won't be in? POTUS has done as good of a job as anyone in the universe could, but the swamp is deeeeeeep. It will take 2-3 more Trumps to drain it all.
