[in 2015] I’d learned how to become a female from online medical documents at a Department of Veterans Affairs hospital website.

I know the guy who was CIO for the VA under Obama. Coincidentally, he left just before the double-booking scandal broke. He also invented First.Gov in the Clinton administation. He's a big lib, and probably very proud.
