Don't know if this is relevant but I feel like sharing. I like to buy in bulk because it's cheaper even though I live alone. I just buy a huge lot of one thing and it lasts me forever. Non perishable, mostly dry goods. This works out if you have plenty of storage space, otherwise impossible. My TP storage space is pretty large and I had already filled it up over the course of years. When this buying panic hit I laughed and rolled my eyes. When the looters try to break into my house for my bogroll, I'll be ready for them. I have other materials in bulk quantities.
