I went to college in Champaign. The university has the most Chinese international students of any school & a large China town. I guarantee you there are cases there with all the people there who travel.I knew a few people who got mumps in Champaign (both vaccinated). For context, there were less than 1000 cases of mumps in the US last year. Diseases spread like wildfire there. Their socialist college medical center there is also trash.
It is actually reasonable to temporarily ban the sale of alcohol there during this outbreak. The dumbass students there would use class time off to drink more & this lowers their immune systems and banning alcohol also reduces large parties.
