Same here. I don't think ppl know how or have the motivation to do it. It's hard manual labor work that's for sure and the more you plant the more work it is.

However, anyone who does it regularly can attest you will reap the rewards for it.

I still have canned and pickled veggies from last season and I eat some sort of veggies at every meal
