You are giving them way too much credit for organization, which they do not have. They cannot organize a picnic let alone coordinate something like this. Will various groups with similar world views try to take advantage of the situation? Yes, they already are. But any idea this was planned and organized gives too much credit. Could have been engineered and escaped, could have been organic, but either way, no meticulous plan.
