There was a story from the last hurricane about a dude who lived in Texas and bought a bunch of generators and then transported them to Mississippi to sell. His price was exorbitant, but people were willing to pay because there weren't enough generators to go around.
The police confiscated them, locked him up and the generators were held in storage.
