The running joke re: North Korea is that their infection count ticks from one to zero, over and over, as they execute anyone infected. I imagine a line of people prepared to shoot the prior guy, who shot the prior guy, who shot the prior guy, and so on.
With the malnourished and poor health care status of their people, and the closeness to China and South Korea, I doubt they are untouched. My guess is they have been hit hard but since the government has total control over everything, more likely no news is allowed to get out that reports on their status.
Also untouched North Korea. I'm going on a diet.
