Not only that, that virology lab wrote a report on creating a coronavirus that affects humans.

Coincidence; an explanation used by fools and liars

???

Virology labs around the world, and in the US, were creating coronavirus in the hopes to create the deadliest one. This is no secret. It is well published. US based funding was stopped in 2014 but the work continued. There is zero probability that this occurred in nature. It came from a lab. Which lab? Odds are the one that produced one in the past and is close to the source of the pandemic.

Do you have more information on this?

Biology is not my background. I watched this stream on Twitch with this virology professor (https://m.twitch.tv/videos/564422069), and he implied here (linked to relevant time stamp) that "we" don't have the capability to begin to Engineer something like this. Though he did put a caveat on the end of his response.

There's no such thing as coincidence!

Alexijm 39 points ago +41 / -2

China stole it from the Canadian lab that was studying Coronavirus. Well documented that the Chinese scientist working in the Canadian lab visited the Wuhan level 4 lab in china. And then, shortly thereafter, the Chinese lab announced they had a strand of Coronavirus, magic!

Did the Canadian lab approve of the virus to be transferred? No. But canada is too cucked to call china out

What about the college professor who was arrested smuggling viral goods?

Just keep sending it back to them imo. Let them collapse fully from this

We need to deal with the CCP before they start chimping out - they fucked up and this could be considered an act of war against the world. They released a bioweapon.

If they want to try to blame us instead of admit any kind of fault, their mask has fully slipped. Foreigners in China are being blamed by the CCP for the virus now. They are going full chimp

12
Pinky 12 points ago +13 / -1

Even non-conspiratorially speaking, it’s still China’s fault because they silenced the whistleblowers thinking they could just contain the virus early on before the news got out and save face for the party. As a result, the virus was not contained early-on because people didn’t know about it until it was too late and it started rapidly spreading.

I wouldn't be surprised if they sold lab animals to the markets there.

19
jive-ass-turkey 19 points ago +19 / -0

I've already heard that floated as a pet theory. Maybe the janitors or whoever was in charge of burning/disposing of them found a way to make a buck.

Keeping virus contained in a totalitarian country with crushing economic oppression turns out not to be so simple.

11
ProphetOfKek 11 points ago +11 / -0

These are people that use gutter oil to cook. I guarantee some low level workers were not above making a quick buck.

8
DiamondsOnTheFloor 8 points ago +8 / -0

And they have little value for human life in general.

4
Warskull 4 points ago +4 / -0

Maybe the janitors or whoever was in charge of burning/disposing of them found a way to make a buck.

That sounds like a very Chinese thing to do.

The other big one is someone who works at the lab could have unknowingly carried it out with them to the wet market. Work with the virus, don't wash your hands, touch stuff at the market, boom pandemic.

1
thingaboutarsenal 1 point ago +1 / -0

A lot of the dogs sold in markets are kidnapped pets. This is totally plausible.

10
Tellguy 10 points ago +10 / -0

Actually a bejing scientist was jailed for doing exactly that.

I think it was in a NYPost article.

4

Not only China's only Level-4 Lab, the only one on the continent of Asia.

7

But surely they have all sorts of rules and regulations set in place, right? I mean this is Chyna after all!

2

The only rule enforced in China is don't criticize the government. It's the wild west over there, anything goes.

My first thought is that China may have released it to cause a world recession before the US elections to try to remove Trump. He's the only force that has stood in China's path in their goal of becoming the world's largest economy. Is it time for a tinfoil hat or no?

1
kag-2020- 1 point ago +1 / -0

They had Slick Willy handing them all our ICBM tech in the 90's not to mention how they just gutted our manufacturing sector and shipped it back to China. We've been their vassal state for decades. They would try literally anything to stop him from getting reelected.

I want to give China the benefit of the doubt, but it eerily looks like they may start to use this to obtain Geopolitical objectives. Their foreign minister is already throwing out conspiracy theories that it began with the US Army, and its only a matter of time before they start asking for Tariff relief.

We're looking at you Lindsey!

2
Kinestron 2 points ago +2 / -0

I hope once most of this blows over that Trump initiates some type of investigation. This just happens to release during an election year? The media hypes yet, at this time, it is not spreading as quickly as they say it would and the Demoncrats try to use it to accuse Trump of not doing his job. We all wondered what the next attack would be after impeachment. Well, here it is.

China doesn't like Trump, Democrats don't like Trump, lefists don't like Trump, the Dept of Justice doesn't like Trump, the courts doens't like Trump. He is obviously doing something right "for the people of the U.S." We all knew change and draining the swamp would not be pretty. Here it is so yes, I agree, do NOT let this die and go on the offensive blaming China with every chance and shred of evidence that presents itself.

1
Kebobez 1 point ago +1 / -0

Shortly after the coronavirus outbreak China implemented greater restrictions for lab safety so another strand wouldn't get out.

1
Juicebusters 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'd strongly suggest the explanation is far less nefarious and was lab workers who found out things like fruit bats can sell for huge money at the wet market. Even more than the stolen dogs they kill with hammers. She was to dispose of fruit bats but just went and sold them.

Not that id know but let me put this here and then who knows, in a few years we may find out something like that happened.

1
f_bastiat 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think the real question is was this on purpose or on accident

2
CaptainChrisPBacon 2 points ago +2 / -0

You would hope it was an accident. But I doubt it.

Wuxi Labs? you mean the one funded by Paul Soros foundation? the same one where gilead has been working with prior to ‘release’?

No fucking way. My cnn tells me it’s orange man bad

I wish I could be so quick to dismiss China's accusations. Obama's Science Czar, John Holdren, had one agenda that he was known for and that was to reduce the population because of "Population Bomb". He talked specifically about secretly sterilizing the population with the food and water supply, and we can talk about gender confusion problems with so many who ate school lunches while under the Obama/Holdren regime at some other time, but don't put it past them that they would unleash a virus to thin out the population. Maybe even design it to spare the kids.

Anyone that tells you different is either ignorant or lying. The fact that China has tried to pin this on the US, with the evidence already in the public sphere, can only lead one to think it must be to quell public sentiment in the country itself against the party because Xi is worried he is about to be forced from power.

The party is getting desperate and wants to use the US as a scape goat so their own people don't revolt on them. They can't worry about the international reception until they cover their asses at home, and they were running out of options.

They went with the one that had gained the most traction so far, from what I have read. But the people know better and the party's grasp is tenuous at best. Even if the party stays in power Xi is definitely on a very hot seat right now.

They are worried the people see China suffering this virus due to losing their "Mandate from Heaven". That is a popular theory right now, completely lost on most Americans, but very real to the Communist regime. This theory was popular before the virus hit.

It'll be interesting to see as the next few months look to be a bumpy ride for China. They are not back to work yet and if they push the factory openings past the 20th for the car companies (which they most likely will), their economy will never recover, IMO. They said they were opening them yesterday then cancelled that 30 minutes after the opening time. The locals are supposedly threatening to mutiny to the state officials. It is a shitshow.

1
MSG1000 1 point ago +1 / -0

Can you give me a link on the Mandate from Heaven thing? I know about divine mandates/blessings/heritages for monarchies but Commies are atheist. Did the CCP use that to justify their rule?

1
Antiochus 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm very curious, aside from the Canada story, and the Level-4 facility, do we (humanity) have the capability to adapt or engineer something like this?

This virology prof says no, with a bit of a caveat. https://m.twitch.tv/videos/564422069 ... But I'm very curious if we have an expert that can provide more context

That’s why it’s not some prophecy that the Stephen King book made that prediction 30 years ago. It’s the only lab of its kind there.

Everyone should look up John Holdren.

This is what they seriously want. Look at them praising China, where this stuff already happens.

Is the President gaslighting us too? He said they all know where it came from and it was accidental, and that nobody was to blame. I don’t think he would be that conciliatory if Xi had unleashed a plague on the globe, because our President isn’t really a “turn the other cheek” kinda guy.

Don’t let me keep you from enjoying your conspiracy though. It is entertaining watching what y’all come up with. One thing you may not have thought of, is maybe they have a virology lab in Wuhan because that’s where the viruses are? In all their open-air wet markets?

In B4 “gaslighting shill,” lol. The Spanish Flu was actually Chinese in origin and it killed 50 million people, and they didn’t even need a virology lab, their wet markets did it that time too. If you’d seen one of those markets you’d wonder why the fuck we all haven’t died several times over already.

We helped develop it, it was stolen from Canada by the Chinese who released it.

I'd say it is in all the players in this best interest's for everyone to think this was mother nature and not any one single nations fault.

We don't want to admit we are/were developing what could be argued to be biological weapons. Neither does Canada. And China is a shitshow right now with hardly any primary information you can come close to vetting so who knows.

My money is on China stealing it and it getting loose while it was being smuggled into the country.

But selling lab animals for food hypothesis sounds pretty plausible to me too.

Especially in a country that's citizens are so poor.

If this happened in any US city with a similar biolab, I'd be saying the same thing (for fun, https://fas.org/programs/bio/research.html)
