My husband and son were incredibly sick in January. Both were down and out for 2 solid weeks. We thought the flu, but now I’m not so sure. Only thing is...I never got sick, and I slept next to my husband every night and while I do keep a tidy house, I didn’t like, go crazy with bleach or anything. This is all just crazy.
It’s looking more and more like this was released upon the people, but didn’t have the effect they were hoping. When people were shaking it off, they may have stepped up the hype starting with China.
I just went through that. It’s finally fading away, and I didn’t have much of a fever, but the body aches....
I also felt some throat irritation and fatigue, and the weird thing is I would feel like I was overcoming it, and then it would get worse the next day.
oh my gosh, this! I felt like whatever illness I had back in January, I would be getting better, then seriously, even you’re later fever is back and felt rough. but like overall, I didn’t feel horrible, I just felt super tired and had the fever and a dry cough, and some laborer breathing.
The husband of one of the cruise ship passengers who tested positive for COVID19 and were stuck in Japan for weeks, never tested positive for the virus either.
He had been in a small cabin with his wife for days, slept by her side, spent almost all day and night with her, touched her, and was near or had casual contact with other cruise passengers and surfaces on the ship. Thankfully, she recovered, but he was never infected despite having been so close to her and probably even kissing her before she was tested, and unknowingly, she even already had a low fever by the time she was diagnosed.
I thought I remembered hearing Dr. Centeno, during his Dan Bongino interview, state that out of around 4k passengers on the Princess Cruise Line only 17 were infected or some ridiculous low numbers like that. Dan Bongino posted that interview on Friday.
It looks like there has been problems in more than one cruise ship. One of them docked in San Francisco recently, and the one that the couple I mentioned was on was in Japan.
I don't know how many passengers of the cruise ship that was in Japan were infected. However, the husband of one of the women who tested positive for COVID19 didn't get infected.
Here's the article about the couple, if you haven't seen it:

That’s so bizarre. I wonder if some people won’t get it no matter what.
Yes, that's generally how it works. Some people are immune to certain viruses. Its called natural or innate immunity. Usually a small percentage.

I got sick in January the same way. My wife didn’t.
I was very sick this past January too. I never felt I was on my death bed, but I haven’t been that sick in a very long time.
