I didn't get that impression from stjdalen's link. It appears someone asked him a health care question on the phone and he was answering. Mixing up November election day this year vs January inauguration next year as the day he would start working as President was only bad because he caught himself. You can see all of the dementia talk has gotten under skin and he is lacking confidence now.
