Jentzen Franklin was a guest pastor at our church once. It was obvious to me that God guides his words. There's no pressure, when He's got your back!

Had to add, after the service I heard Jentzen Franklin had a book for sale in the church lobby. I was fully prepared to go buy one, even got in line. Then found out someone from our church bought ALL the books and was giving them away to whoever got in line!

That was a couple years ago, and honestly I'm usually reading two or three books at a time and just remember that I liked his. Title of the book I received was Love Like You've Never Been Hurt by Jentezen Franklin. Check out his sermon today, if you like his speaking style, you might like his book.

When he spoke at our church, his sermon was centered on "Worthy is the lamb that was slain" Revelation 5:12. Jesus was the only pure human ever and similar to how lambs without blemish were sacrificed, He instead was sacrificed. He knew this was going to happen and didn't avoid it. In fact, He was sacrificed in our place so that we, those who seek Him, can be made worthy. We then in turn are made worthy because He was worthy... Worthy was the lamb.

It's easy to say that sermon and the verse galvanized my understanding of Jesus.
