I think Biden will either find a way to back out or the DNC will heavily bias the event to shield Biden's mental infirmities. He has nothing to gain by debating Bernie. He's already positioned to win all of the next round of primary contests.

Deep down, I do hope Biden displays some of his cognitive decline just for the laughs.
