yes, they are low risk though for needing to be hospitalized.

So, thus, they are not being tested...and thus, no cases. I guess that makes sense.

Although, I was under impression that they are testing all people (which may not be the case) showing symptoms because they could be carriers.

Some children are getting tested, like when entire households get infected. The children are carriers, and they get mild flu symtoms. None outside of china have been hospitalized. Its just that children become superspreaders in most cases, which is why they close schools.
