Look at it this way, when we were getting our information from China there wasn’t a huge sense of urgency over COVID19, but as soon as that shit hit Italy, and we started getting REAL data, all fucking hell broke loose. Now the administration is acting like the hellhounds are at our heels.
China fucked us all. They could have warned us, but instead they covered it up. When this is all said and done, China needs to pay for this. They’ve become far too dangerous to the world population, and will let other people die just to save face.
They did literally weld some people into their homes. They also chained the main doors closed on many apartment buildings.
But not everyone.
I am locked down. I have been since January 25th. While I can now go out, it's very limited. I'm tired of typing all that they did to stop this virus, as you guys don't really seem to give a shit and it's a waste of my time.

Yeah, I believe it will come back on a second wave and if we haven't gotten a vaccine for it post second wave, there will be a third.
This shit has a 14% reinfection rate. Meaning the immunity is short lived, which probably means a vaccine is not going to help, at all.
You have to self isolate. Get your food for 21 days. Fire up the internet and work your meme magic.
And honestly, this will only slow it.
This will buy the hospitals some time.
But I'm American, I know people are not going to do this. I'm ashamed of the low IQ out there that bought ALL THE FUCKING TP. I can't even understand why.
Call your parents, see if you can help. Wear a mask when in public. A clean mask. They are only single use items unless you're wearing a respirator for painting. In that case, keep it clean.

But, I am not. I'm someone in the middle of it. I'm telling you what I've done to stay virus free so far.
You know, they forced us to install an app on our phones. The app tracks us. You get a color card above your personal QR code. The color card changes as your risk level changes. So far, I'm green. But if I come into proximity with a Red, then I go to Yellow and have to quarantine AGAIN. I can't go out again, until I'm Green.
No phone? No color card? You cannot gain entry to your desired destination - even if that is your apartment.

Right now, the only tool we have is prevention of infection. A quarantine has a chance to work, in the US. Hence, we have a quarantine.
