That this judge is sticking to Flynn having to stick to his plea when it is now CLEAR AS DAY that the CHARGES THEMSELVES ARE A SHAM, should be ashamed of himself, his family, and his entire linage that came before him.
Was there an update I missed? Last I remember, the judge was annoyed that Flynn's defense was trying to get him to throw out the guilty plea without them officially changing their plea.
From my understanding, when this case first started, the judge offered to kick it out of court. Flynn wanted the case, he wanted them to have to provide evidence, and the judge was majorly pissed because he thought Flynn should take the deal and run. Flynn didn't want to just walk, he wanted to turn the tables.
He changed his plea months ago. He only pleaded guilty because the FBI lied and threatened to go after his family. The FBI are swamp scum, and now they're protecting themselves by having destroyed all the revelant files in his case, seriously how the fuck does the FBI lose a a whole file used to prosecute somebody? If you havent figured it out yet, l dont know what else to say except maybe youre not 100% MAGA?

Federal law allows a defendant to withdraw his guilty plea, but only prior to sentencing, if exculpatory evidence is found (after sentencing the accused would have to ask for a new trial which is a whole different ball game) ln this particular case the judge indefinitely suspended sentencing, so he can still withdraw his guilty plea.
Also, Trump is considering a pre-sentence pardon, so any of these reasons is could explain why you were downvoted. Cheers.
True. My teen son has a Subaru Impreza, he gets pulled over for speeding or for stops and he tells me if he deserve to be pulled over or not. Most of the time he did, but a few times it happened that the cop didn't care. They saw teen in a Subaru and knew he had no chance in traffic court. So even if he knew he was innocent, he wasn't going to waste a day's work or school and just paid the fine. He bought one of these new gadget cameras that films and measures everything in your car, speed and all. So the next time it happens, he'll have proof and I don't think the cops will bother to give him a ticket if it's not true.

DOJ/FBI lawyers and/or staff have "lost" critical evidence (the 302s) related to Flynns case.
