A full pardon isn't anywhere near good enough, it's the absolute bare minimum. The truth needs to come out and some people need to get got for what they did. A pardon isn't going to stop this from happening to others. In many people's eyes it'll make Flynn seem guilty and he only escaped justice because Trump is "corrupt". That's not acceptable.
