All charges should be dismissed, and the DOJ/FBI should be held in contempt.

This is the only solution. If the charges are dismissed for prosecutorial misconduct, Flynn has recourse to counter sue for monetary damages done. If the President parsons him I don’t think he has a leg to stand on to get his money and reputation back.
