The FBI is never going to provide the paper that, upon further investigation, would prove his innocence (and possible put a string of evidence pointing to Hillary/Barack) thus Trump has to do it. I think this would be a very smart move by the US president! Just imagine the utter disgust against the FBI if they suddenly provide the paper solely based on Trump's decision: that'd be further proof of FBI bias!
