Treat the fever. Keep them isolated to 1 room and bathroom if you can. If you have to share a bathroom make sure it is cleaned after they use it. Wash hands. Separate hand towels etc. Sip fluids. If any complications or really bad chest, ring gp or a&e and ask for advice.
