Not saying i agree with the guy you are replying to.. but that guy in the medium post stated that 'china has reduced their cases down to 200 per day from 4000 per day' and 'that is farr's law'. He doesn't mention that they qaurantined like 100 million people, he just says "thats farr's law". If they didn't do that, it likely wouldn't have turned out the same way

Either way he didn't give any explanation as to what 'farrs law' is. I cant actually see anything on the internet about it either
