part of me thinks it will be Amy Klobgobbler, but I'm not convinced she's owned by the DNC enough. Whoever the VP is - the intent is for them to become President in short order. Biden might step down immediately, or wait until his first health scare then step down - but I have ZERO doubt that the intent is for the VP to be president.

I have no doubt Dragon Energy will win, however. That's their plan, though.
