One thing I found very odd (impossible, even) was a photo of him being wheeled into the hospital (already dead) yet his arms were bent at the elbow & hands at his waist, on top of the sheet that covered him, with elbows hanging over & outside of the guardrails of his stretcher. *edit: also the guardrails were down. Even dead bodies are transported with the rails up.
I don't know any first responder, RN, orderly, or tech who would let that happen (arms not safely withing the guard rails during transport) but even if everyone present failed to notice that (which is like a 0.00000000001% chance and that's a generous estimate!) it still wouldn't explain how his arms weren't limp/flopping all over the place. They were just suspended in space for no apparent reason. IOW, he was holding them up under his own steam.
