The ear images were debunked a long time ago. Apparently one of the images is mirrored to look like its the same side of the head when in reality one image is of the left ear the other is of the right ear. Apparently he has asymetric ear shapes which isn't all that uncommon.
The nose can be explained by having it broken...
...but ears are every bit as unique as a finger print, and do not change. That is not the same dude.
Bone structure is different as well.
