What Biden is doing here is announcing to everyone in the world who thinks of invading the United States, including foreign felons who committed crimes in their own countries or countries other then the U.S., that they can form their caravans, come in small groups, or come by themselves because, if they succeed in entering the U.S. illegally (which is not difficult without a wall), they will NEVER have to leave, and just have to wait for their turn to be granted amnesty.
Since the border patrol can't prevent Invaders from stepping foot in the U.S., and once they do have even one foot in us soil, they can't be sent back without a long legal process.
Apparently, though, Biden wouldn't even have this legal process start, since he's not going to deport anyone unless they commit felonies IN AMERICA. But, Biden would reinstate catch-and-release, so even if a legal deportation process were started when people are caught invading the U.S., by the time these illegal aliens got their court date to be deported, they would already have been living somewhere in the U.S. for a long time and it would be "cruel" and according to leftards, "un-American" to deport them (because it is un-American to enforce American law).
This will be the new "immigration standards of a leftist-controlled U.S.; invade America, get free stuff without paying taxes and be treated better than American citizens are treated, and wait for your amnesty so you can join the army of new leftist voters. We''l be having "amnesty" for millions of illegals every few years because we'll be invaded en masse if leftists take control and do everything possible to encourage the invasion of America.
So, folks, we are effectively talking about OPEN BORDERS, because whoever wants to come in just needs to cross that imaginary line at the border for a guaranteed lifelong stay in the United States with a lot of free stuff - courtesy of hard-working American taxpayers.
