Can we all at least agree that asshats like DeWine closing everything will be the undoing of this good economy? And they're perfectly happy to do it and see Trump fail.

Making Trump fail is the whole point. Unfortunately for them, he’s gonna guide us through it with aplomb and ride the success into the election

This "pandemic" will be completely over by mid June, just like every sars style virus that came before it. Stocks will got back into a bull market and Trump will claim victory over both the stock crash and corona. The liberal master plan will backfire.

Which is when they start hoping for a "second wave"

I think closing bars and restaurants was an overreach, and I've been advocating for people to take this virus seriously all week.

Unfortunately, it was inevitable after so many people ignored the guidance to voluntarily avoid large crowds of people. DeWine reportedly did this because bars were packed over the weekend for St. Patrick's Day.

As usual, the bureaucratic response to a few irresponsible people is to penalize EVERYONE.

That sounds like a eat-and-have cake situation. You want people to take this seriously, but they aren't. So the bars are closed, but that was an overreach. Huh?

Bars and restaurants can remain open if people follow the guidance for "social distancing". It's not difficult.

No, I disagree 100%. The more we shut down now means the faster it goes away and we get back to business. Korea wiped it out in 2 weeks doing this. The economy will get more and more f**ked if we just let it run roughshod over months and months. Trump is serious about this, why aren't you?

I do not believe korea wiped it out in 2 weeks. Or at the very least is the last they heard of it. But i could be wrong. You are right about the longer it goes on, the worse it is. Tough spot to be in but i have faith in trump and will do what he recommends.

Well technically it was a total of 4 weeks since first discovering but only 2 weeks from the height; their max daily cases was on 3/3. This site is terrific for data gathering:

How about they’re doing it at his request? Lol, these governors are closing this stuff because the President is asking them to. Sheesh, everything isn’t a conspiracy.

Trump didn't ask governors to close bars and restaurants.
