His meaning behind that is talk about giving everyone a $1000 dollars or $1000 a month to kick start the economy. My thought, was how they would do it? Taxpayers only? Voters Only? SS Numbers only? How would this be done with so many illegals in this country?

LOL, money is not the problem. People have plenty of money, they just can't go out and spend it anywhere.
When stuff like this happens Just like Food, People start Hoarding. They want people to start Spending.
Right but the problem is, people can't spend if they can't go out to stores, vacations, etc. Once all the 'social distancing' is over I'm sure people will start spending like crazy.

He also threw out the potential for a recession. Fox News is as bad as everyone else at creating hysteria. Frankly, we won't know for a month or so how this shakes out in the US, but we have newspeople suggesting the worst possible outcome. Everyone defaults to the Italian model, ignoring the fact that they had sold out their shoe and textile industries to Chyna and allowed direct flights between Italy and Chyna well after the virus originated. Also, 25% of the Italian population consists of elderly people. We don't even know if the dead in Italy are Chinese or Italian nationals.
Saturday in the Houston area people lined up for free food at a couple big HISD schools in the latino community. The Mayor announced that the schools would be closed but then he was pressured to open them up to feed the immigrants and others who had become dependent on the schools for food. Our Public Schools give them free breakfast and lunches, free to them I mean, not so free to us taxpayers... and they of course are now dependent on them completely to feed themselves.
One day after the Mayor announced school closures they were lined up hours before the school doors opened to get their free food. None of the people on camera were hungry, most were obese, and a LOT of adults were there with buckets and bags to tote home whatever goodies they could get.
Schools are not usually open on Saturday, but they were there demanding food, because the Mayor said the schools would feed them.
One day is all it took for certain segments of Society to become slaves, or maybe to demonstrate openly how utterly helpless and dependent they are. Hundreds and hundreds lined up hours before, claiming they could not survive without that free food.
This kind of thing is why they attack my borders, why they vote as they are told, why they support the slave masters of the Democrat party.
We probably cannot save everyone, this is going to become very ugly people, the urbanites are going to be a problem. One day after the announcement of free food suddenly the whole neighborhoods are lined up.
Guess who is paying for all that.
