This virus almost certainly was released from the Wuhan lab. Republican Senator Tom Cotton (possibly a Presidential front runner for 2024) has been suggesting that for weeks.
Their economy was tanking, Trump's tariffs were working, Hong Kong was in open revolt, the American economy was booming....and then suddenly the Wuhan Flu put us all in the same sinking boat with the Chinese regime.
If they released it on purpose it's an act of war against the world through a biological germ warfare attack that makes Pearl Harbor or 911 pale in comparison.
I don't know which is worse: the possibility it came from a Chinese lab as a weapon, or the possibility it came from an open air market where they eat live fucking animals and sell them close to produce, and then ChiComs decided to capitalize on a virus. China is a fucked up country.
Good thing Trump doesn’t forget. If that’s really true they did that, and those trade deals come due for renegotiating, they might wish they hadn’t messed with us.
I spent several years living in China. Knowing how incompetent, and unhygienic, they tend to be, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it was unintentional.
