NY CT and NJ just shutdown all restaurants. I think this is way over the top and it is gong to kill many businesses!

This is not needed, they could have told them to cut table seating in half or something to limit the number of people gathering. There is no need to shut them all down unless there is an outbreak in the immediate area. This is bad news.

Also what is needed for NYC and urban areas isn't needed in upstate NY. This will do way more harm than good.
