Is thedonald.win's image hosting working for others?

I'm trying to upload an image but it tells me I need to choose an image, text, or link post when I try to submit it. I've tried multiple images.

make sure the image you're trying to upload isn't a GIF. I think it only at the moment allows JPG or PNG, and under a certain file size.

(I've had the problem uploading GIFS or something direct from Google Images which turns out to be a WEBP image file or HEIC/HEIF)

I've tried multiple png's and it doesn't work. It uploads the image and it's visible on my post, but when I submit it gives me that error message.
