The frosted glass comments about lung CAT scans from Italy and Iran really freaked me out. The thing that's baffling me is where are the reports of this from the US and Canada? I want to know if the lack of spread, ICU admissions and fatalities in North America is because we have a less severe strain circulating or if it's related to the number of ACE2 receptors in the lungs.
