Well, the latest I've heard is that paracetamol, acetaminophen, Tylenol, Panadol etc is safe*, just the OTC anti-inflammatory drugs should be avoided since there is a evidence that they aggravate the infection and cause complications.

EDIT: Also please check your cough syrups and do not mix, Alcohol+Tylenol is not great for the liver.

As for boosting immunity: Proper Sleep, Hygiene, Vitamins (BCD) and Exercise (mild, nothing crazy). Not really complicated, something I expect most of us are already doing, not something you need to panic buy for, good to do even if you have no worries about this particular virus at all. It will "save" you from the usual flu and colds as well as it will Wuflu.

*Note: as pointed out by HocusLocus, safe does not mean 100% safety, review the warnings and dosages. You know your body best.

Tylenol is safe

except with alcohol, including alcohol that may be present in your cough medicine (check!), or any condition of impaired liver function. The warnings and dose limits on Tylenol/paracetamol/acetaminophen are worth reviewing -- especially if you will be avoiding your accustomed pain reliever due to WuFlu risks or actually get it along with one of its identified symptoms, severe headaches.

Great points, I'll roll it in, important to emphasize that all medications do have side-effect both long and short-term, and always good to review.

For me, I prefer to avoid the relief meds where possible and just ride out viral infections but see, it's not always doable.
