I live in CA and I see TONS of people urging aliens to fill out the census to get as many seats as possible. It seems like total bullshit that aliens are allowed to be counted.

Not sure if I should fill it out. My company is 50/50 going bankrupt because of this and I would hate to be down $100-500 over what is essentially virtue signaling
All of the California pedes should toss the census in the trash or fill it out with only 1 resident. The worst case is you get a $200 fine or something. Counteract the illegals!!! It’s all online this year, it will be ripe for fraud.
It's a loophole....the census is to 'count persons' to determine representation in Congress....the assumption is it count citizens. It does not, and that's why democrats want open borders and they pander to them.
It was written to protect slaves who had been brought here against their will but now it's applied to every criminal alien who manages to sneak across the border against our will, which is one of the reasons they're so desperate to prevent Trump's re-election and keep originalists off the Supreme Court. It's only the activist interpretation of the law which allows them to keep abusing it. This has always been the most significant difference between the Republicans and the Democrats - one party serves the Constitution, the other thinks they're its masters.
It's to do with an interpretation of #14. I don't think it applies to something like the census but that's the derivative to this
