How else does Italy have half their total deaths already even though CVid19 just showed up there?

Because it didn't just show up there, Italy has a older median population, a shitty healthcare system, and hordes of Chinese immigrants.

South Korea which has done a lot of testing, good healthcare reports a death rate of only 0.7 and they haven't tested everyone so the rate is likly even lower.
