TL;DR: Google, Twitter, etc - over time applied censorship tags (like "fake news") to information that they did not want to show up in search results. Those tags appear to be disabled and now information has been let loose again - fake or otherwise. In other words, you're now viewing the real Internet - not the curated version we've been forced to use since the mid 2000's. Edit: Looks like the waybackmachine is also uncensored.. how interesting.. Holy shit! Twitter is also unblocked for the same previously auto-censored terms!
