the_donald was famously excluded from the Google search index but as of today that is no longer the case, it is now being fully indexed and returned via Google.
The same applies to searches relating to scandals that conservatives have been trying to expose but previously could not due to silicon valley censorship.

I have no doubt it was manually adjusted to specifically target TD. But I doubt someone had to go in daily to block it, or requires anymore attention then simply adjusting a couple of settings one time. They'd likely set whatever evil parameters, and leave it be. Being understaffed shouldn't have anything to do with it.

Maybe there's been a change in management and they don't/can't pull their censorship anymore but they also need to pawn it off as not being their fault. This gives them cover to do it without pissing off purple haired people.
we are not seeing this effect because they dont have enough staff. their filter could run un-maned no problem.
