All the schools are closed until April 19th.
All leisure facilities (gyms, pools, museums) are closed.
Restaurants are capped at 30 people and can only stay open until 3:00 pm (after that they can do drive through)
I can't comment on the medical system but economically they're already so socialist I don't know that it will affect them it sounds like they're basically stopping the economy and they trying to keep it alive by printing off money.
