The states were meant to be "laboratories of democracy." The NY laboratory failed and might need "extra support" from the Guard or be cordoned off from the rest of the states to stop the spread or face consequences from having such a large reliance on ridiculous taxes it will not be receiving for months.
Sorry for your feelings, Gov. Cuomo, you're not too big too fail.
