CA, MA, CT, OH and I'm sure others have forced restaurants to close or go take-out only. Tens of thousands of servers, cooks, etc. are out of work. Now they can run of a few cooks a manager and a FOH person to take orders and run food out to cars.

Even Fort Worth, TX has this. Delivery, drive-thru windows, or order by phone and pick it up. (We had our Chinese delivered last night). Chick fil a has the dining room closed and the parking lot roped off. The drive-in is open. iHop is pick up only.
