Couple points: The audio sounds like it had studio reverb added. At one point, I heard an echo that was phase perfect, which only comes from digital audio manipulation. The idea of people weakened over several weeks of illness all howling loudly seems a bit incongruent. Also, when you check out this person's channel, she's made many videos complete with MTV styled soundtracks and her weird masked logo.
TL;DR There's a hysterical propaganda quality to her videos. I don't buy it.
