This drug has been in use for decades now. Treatment and dosage is well understood by the medical community.

I get it, but I dont think it's safe for general use in that way. That's just my opinion. I'd never take 100 old people and say here, have 600mg/day of plaquenil, good luck. Maybe if there was no other option but to play it here as miracle cure is highly irresponsible, dont you think?

This isn't exactly over the counter stuff, gotta get a prescription with your physician, obviously.

Yeah but it's being presented as an easy fix and it's not. I can't think of a doc who would ever sign off on this. Theres a reason, right, that plaquenil is not really used anymore. Isn't there?
