I get it, but I dont think it's safe for general use in that way. That's just my opinion. I'd never take 100 old people and say here, have 600mg/day of plaquenil, good luck. Maybe if there was no other option but to play it here as miracle cure is highly irresponsible, dont you think?
False. Treatment for Malaria that uses the same drug has you at 2.5g after 3 days, which translates to over 800 per day.

This drug has been in use for decades now. Treatment and dosage is well understood by the medical community.
