While grabbers obviously won't engage in an honest debate, most conditioned NPCs don't realize that the price of modern weapons preclude their use in shenanigans.

If I become super successful I would happily buy and maintain one shiny, well-oiled (and track-tensioned) Abrams, with some local buddies as the scratch crew, and we'd join up with whatever other mechanized bros were around a few times a year for exercises. Nobody would be harmed (except anyone stupid enough to fuck with the United States), industries would benefit, and a good time would be had by all.
