Thanks! It's one of my favorite holidays, I like green, Patrick was a faithful, good man, and it's a pretty small holiday, and one you pretty much can celebrate alone. 😉 I have a bit of Irish blood in me, and I do highly respect all of the Irish immigrants who came here back in the day and helped build railroads and buildings and so much of America.

Were also shunned, used as indentured servants and treated like trash. That's after they fled their homeland that sent them to a prison island for stealing corn to live.

Yes! St Pats was bigger than Christmas to my grandpa, he was so proud of his Irish heritage, such hard working people.

There's a song I think people wanting to know more should listen to "The Opinions of Paddy Magee". Of how Americans privately organized to help the Irish during the potato famine, so the Irish came and helped America during the Civil War.
