Got into a debate with one of my coworkers. An otherwise intelligent guy who speaks in talking-points when the subject of anything political comes up.
Is Trump doing too much, or too little? He's racist when he restricts travel with China, back when everyone said it wasn't necessary, but then he's not doing enough? He's racist again when he bans travel with Europe, and afterwards again he's not doing enough??
Then he hits me with the new narrative I'm seeing everywhere: "No one said trump was racist/xenophobic...."
I have to work with this fucker, so I had to hold in the SCREAM in my head.... "YOU!!!! YOU SAID HE WAS RACIST AND XENOPHOBIC!!!!! ALSO, DO YOU USE THE SAME FUCKING INTERNET AS I DO? BECAUSE IT'S ALL OVER REDDIT, TWITTER, NEWS SITES, ETC. EVERY FUCKING ONE WAS SAYING IT, INCLUDING YOUR DUMB FUCKING SELF!!!"

Don't talk about Reddit or Twitter, it is super easy for anyone to dismiss. Discuss how Joe Biden called Trump xenophobic. That is there leading presidential candidate. Talk about how the New York Times called him xenophobic, because that is their source of truth.
