I've missed a couple news conferences, but I saw the one where Pres. Trump drops the paper when talking about fake news and google (loved it). Have they announced how they're going to help those who live paycheck to paycheck who have a chance of getting laid off because of the market drop or just not being able to go to work out of fear?

But they are also talking about an income tax moratorium for a period of time. No specifics on anything yet according to Mnuchin
I think I read somewhere on here that he is seeking to dedicate $1 trillion towards tax payers? Not sure how it works. I work construction and at this point I'm expecting my city to shut down and I'll be out of work for a while.
