From a legal standpoint, I think the best way to stop this judge is to have someone who got sick from corona, sue them and claim they increased the odds they would have it. Their grandstanding and faux moralizing directly affected them. And I think they'd have a case.

I thought I saw an effort to stop lower courts from making nationwide stays of policy.
I imagine that’s how it should be. State level courts can override state level legislation while Supreme Court takes care of nationwide affairs
