I know Trump and the Republicans have thought this through, but I very much hope we aren't going to give people cash that don't need it just for the hell of it. I mean this up and beyond just an income limit.

While I wouldn't say no to someone giving me a grand, neither my wife or myself have been negatively financially impacted. I would hope there would be a qualification system in place so that we can help those that need it without wasting money on those that don't.
