I'm just being a negative nelly, considering the panic buying of toilet paper and bottled water. Hopefully there's a robust supply and some sort of rational plan for dispensing it (as needed).
I keep salt water fish. In treating them for diseases and parasites I use Chloroquine Phosphate. I have it in my house right now.
You can find it at pet stores. Canada has banned it (Im Canadian) so it might be hard to get here, but if you are in America, check fish stores if you are looking for Chloroquine.
Don't use it on humans. My BIL took something similar, a pet fish form of something beneficial (I don't know the details because they were too embarrassed to talk about it). It made him quite ill. It took him a month to recover.

But what are the odds people will be able to get their hands on this stuff?
Odds are good... it's cheap and readily available although governments (like the UK) have banned export. It's OTC in Mexico.

It's likely not the same form. Why is it banned in Canada?
